Week 31: 7 months a missionary...time plz slow down!

What's up fam!! Sis Pitt here, still living my best Wyoming life and enjoying every minute of serving the Lord:) This week was wonderful! God blessed us with many small tender mercies that have meant the WORLD to me. Some weeks are tear filled and others are miracle filled. I have learned that either way, God knows best and I just gotta trust him! There have been many special moments this week that have yet again, confirmed to me that I 100% am meant to be here.

We were able to get in contact and set up lessons with all of our people that we haven't seen in awhile! Including 4 part member familes who we've come to love and adore. Hoping to get all the kiddos baptized soon and bring their families back into the gospel! It's been so amazing to grow closer to them and see them coming back to church. Our little chapel is getting more and more full every Sunday and it makes my heart so dang happy:) Seeing the branch welcome all the new people with open arms and just loving them is so special to watch. One of the biggest things I have learned on the mission is how important it is to be a missionary-minded member! Always looking for ways to invite others unto Christ and share God's love. I have been so blessed to meet some of the greatest members in the world and I'm forever grateful for them! Seriously I get so excited about the kind of member I'm gonna be when I get home😂

This Sunday I gave a talk in sacrament all about faith. I was kinda stressing out because lots of our people were there and I wanted to make sure I was going to say exactly what they needed to hear. I was praying and praying for the spirit to help me out. When I got up there I didn't even look at my notes hahah. The spirit led me the entire time and I felt like the Lord was literally putting the words in my mouth. Seriously such a tender experience for me and a reminder that this is His work. The spirit is the true teacher and I am just the mouthpiece !!

" Open thy mouth, and it shall be filled, and I will give thee utterance, for all flesh is in my hands, and I will do as seemeth me good.
Behold my Spirit is upon you, wherefore all thy words will I justify...and thou shalt abide in me, and I in you; therefore walk with me. "
